We're Down for Maintenance
We do have a standard appointment and cancellation policy just to protect our stylists' time and be fair to all of our clients. We want to make sure we can accommodate everyone and the stylist get compensated for their time. A missed appointment means stylist are not being paid for their time and that slot could have gone to another client. Cancellation Policy- • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged. Appointment Policy -Card on File- To secure ALL appointments- NO EXCEPTIONS- we require: ▪ Debit or credit card to be saved to client's profile. ▪ 100% of service paid at time of Consulation at time of booking. ▪ Gift Card on file to cover 100% of services at time of booking.
